Fill in the order form
Name, phone number and delivery address on the product page. The total price, including any delivery or cash-on-delivery charge, is shown before you confirm.
Confirmation call
We call you to check the order and your address. Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Pay the courier on delivery
You pay in cash when the parcel is delivered. Delivery usually takes 4–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your country.
Changed your mind? EU consumers can withdraw within 14 days of delivery — withdraw from contract here or read our Refund Policy.
